Home Maintenance and Handyman Services

We understand there is a lot involved with maintaining your largest investment.  Home maintenance can be very expensive and frequently these cost come at the worst times.

LGS Homes provides reasonably priced handyman services.  We do not claim to be specialist for major repairs or service needs, and will always be honest and fair about the services we do provide.  If more involved services are required, we have contractors we use that can help with any repair needs.  These are the same contractors we use when we invest in real estate property, so have great relationships and proven capabilities, at a reasonable price.

We can also assist with common household handyman services.   From basic drywall repair, painting, furniture assembly and cleanup work.  We can help with any services.
